Btw, did you go to the exhibition of maps at the Design Museum about a year (?) ago. It was really good.
As a light-hearted ice-breaker for a staff day, MBTI is ok. It might tell you things about your colleagues you might not realise, and indicate which girls might share your geeky preferences.
However, when it moves to being a tool used for recruitment, it becomes incredibly worrying. Imagine not getting a job becuase you were the wrong "type", regardless of ability?
I was aware of that exhibition, but I didn't get round to going. More fool me.

Considering the NY ratio, you wouldn't notice... Women are in fierce competition. It feels like the opposite ratio is true.
